About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Automotive Service Assistant to join our team at AFS Automotive Ltd. As a key member of our service department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our workshop.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Service Technicians: Provide support to our skilled technicians in the diagnosis and repair of vehicles, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards.
  • Tool Management: Maintain and organize tools and equipment, ensuring that they are in good working order and easily accessible.
  • Workshop Safety: Assist in maintaining a safe and clean workshop environment, adhering to all health and safety protocols.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Administrative Tasks: Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry and record-keeping, as required.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience in a similar role or in a related field is an asset.
  • Physical Demands: The ability to lift up to 45 kg (100 lbs) and work in a physically demanding environment.
  • Team Player: A strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
