Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Watan Supermarket Halal Meat & Grocery. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our valued customers, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our sales team, ensuring they are meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of merchandise, ensuring accurate inventory levels and minimizing stock losses.
- Merchandising: Plan and implement effective merchandising strategies to drive sales growth and maximize profit margins.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management, highlighting key trends and areas for improvement.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a retail management role
- Work Setting: Urban area, retail business
- Security and Safety: Bondable
- Transportation/Travel Information: Own vehicle
