About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team at Dr. Fakih Dentistry Professional Corporation. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Tasks: Implement new administrative procedures, review and evaluate existing procedures, and ensure that all administrative activities are completed in a timely manner.
  • Supervision: Supervise a team of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Office Services: Coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Training and Development: Train staff members on new procedures and policies.
  • Conflict Resolution: Resolve conflict situations in a fair and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Windows and MAC.
  • Security and Safety: Must undergo a criminal record check.
  • Transportation/Travel Information: Travel expenses paid by employer, public transportation available.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent interpersonal skills, efficient communication, flexibility, organization, reliability, ability to multitask, time management, adaptability, integrity, and team player.
