Role Overview

As the Assistant Front Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Front Office Manager with the daily operations of the front desk. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in maintaining exceptional quality standards in both service and product offerings.
  • Designing and implementing training programs for Front Office team members.
  • Ensuring compliance with brand standards and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Driving upselling initiatives within the Front Office Department.
  • Collaborating effectively with other departments to enhance guest experiences.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • Prior experience in a management position within Front Office operations.
  • Familiarity with Front Office management systems.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
