Job Overview

Qualifications

  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a supervisory role
Key Responsibilities
  • Address work-related challenges, offering technical guidance and suggesting improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
  • Supervise staff and manage various projects to ensure smooth operations.
  • Facilitate training sessions or arrange for professional development opportunities for team members.
  • Oversee the operation of signal and track switch control panels.
  • Coordinate and schedule daily activities to optimize workflow.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Recommend personnel actions based on performance evaluations.
  • Coordinate repair and rental services as needed.
  • Order necessary materials, equipment, and supplies to support operations.
