Position Overview

The role of the Taxi Operations Supervisor at 94 Cabs - Lacombe is crucial for ensuring efficient transportation services. This position requires a strong leader who can manage daily operations and oversee a team of drivers.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of a secondary (high) school graduation certificate is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
  • Address operational challenges and provide expert guidance to enhance service efficiency and quality.
  • Oversee and manage the workforce and ongoing projects.
  • Facilitate training sessions or coordinate training opportunities for staff.
  • Operate and monitor signal and track switch control panels.
  • Plan and organize daily activities and schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Recommend personnel decisions and actions.
  • Coordinate maintenance and rental services.
  • Order necessary materials, equipment, and supplies.
Experience
  • Minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience is required.
