As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our drivers and ensuring the smooth operation of our transportation services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Provide guidance and support to our drivers to ensure they are meeting our high standards of customer service and safety.
  • Problem-Solving and Technical Advice: Resolve work-related problems and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Project Management: Supervise workers and projects to ensure timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Training and Development: Train or arrange for training to enhance the skills and knowledge of our drivers.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Personnel Management: Recommend personnel actions and coordinate repairs and rentals as needed.
  • Material Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies to support our operations.
Support for Diverse Groups
  • Mentorship and Coaching: Offer mentorship, coaching, and networking opportunities for persons with disabilities, newcomers, refugees, youth, veterans, Indigenous people, and visible minorities.
Working Conditions
  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
