Position Overview

The role of the Taxi Operations Supervisor involves overseeing the daily operations of our transportation services, ensuring efficiency and compliance with regulations.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of a secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
Key Responsibilities
  • Address operational challenges, offering technical guidance and proposing strategies to enhance productivity and service quality.
  • Supervise staff and manage various projects effectively.
  • Facilitate training sessions or organize training for team members.
  • Monitor and control signal and track switch systems.
  • Coordinate and schedule operational activities to optimize workflow.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety standards.
  • Recommend personnel decisions based on performance evaluations.
  • Oversee maintenance and rental operations.
  • Order necessary materials, equipment, and supplies for operations.
Experience

A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience is preferred.
