Key Responsibilities
  • Dispatch and Coordinate: Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Communication and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of vehicle operator work, mileage, fuel use, repairs, and other expenses.
  • Radio Operations: Operate radio equipment to communicate with vehicle operators and crews, providing critical information and instructions to ensure smooth operations.
  • Support and Mentorship: Offer mentorship, coaching, and networking opportunities to support the growth and development of our team members, including those with disabilities, newcomers, and veterans.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
