About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at 45006 Yukon Inc. as a key member of our culinary team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation

Develop and implement menus that showcase our company's commitment to quality and excellence.

Culinary Leadership

Lead and manage a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure seamless food preparation and service.

Food Safety and Quality Control

Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Inventory Management

Manage kitchen inventory and supplies to minimize waste and optimize efficiency.

Team Collaboration

Work closely with other departments to ensure that our culinary offerings meet the needs of our customers.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.

Work Experience

At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a restaurant or hotel setting.

Skills and Qualifications

Excellent culinary skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Language

Fluency in English is required.
