About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced chef to join our team at Lake Country Radio Cafe. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for leading our culinary team and creating innovative dishes that exceed our customers' expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement new menu items and recipes
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation
  • Manage kitchen inventory and supplies to minimize waste and optimize efficiency
  • Collaborate with our management team to plan and execute special events and promotions
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience as a chef or kitchen manager in a fast-paced environment
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
