Café Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Café Manager to join our team at Sunny Day Cafe. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our café, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Manage Staff: Lead and motivate our team to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Operational Planning: Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure the smooth running of the café, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service standards.
- Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive a warm and welcoming experience, addressing any complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and management of inventory, including food, beverages, and supplies, to ensure that we always have the right products in stock.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, including food safety and hygiene standards.
- Marketing and Sales: Work with our marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase customer engagement.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a strong attention to detail.
