Café Operations Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Café Operations Manager to join our team at Sunny Day Cafe. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our café, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food and beverage preparation.
- Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure efficient and effective delivery.
- Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
- Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed at all times.
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
- Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities.
- Leading and instructing individuals to achieve team goals.
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure that they are running smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements:
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Client focus and efficient interpersonal skills.
- Excellent oral communication and organizational skills.
- Reliability and ability to work as part of a team.
