Café Operations Manager

Sunny Day Cafe is seeking a skilled Café Manager to oversee the daily operations of our café. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our café, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise Staff: Lead and manage a team of staff to ensure they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Operational Planning: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure the café runs smoothly.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
- Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to ensure we get the best deals.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Leadership: Lead and instruct individuals to ensure they are working effectively and efficiently.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, and a client-focused approach.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a large workload.
- Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
