We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Compliance and Field Operations Coordinator to join our team at Amgen Inc. (IR). As a key member of our field operations team, you will be responsible for providing critical support to our field-based staff, ensuring seamless navigation of key systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities- Healthcare Compliance Control Systems (C3) Support: Provide dedicated support to field staff, assisting with C3 submission, diagnosing queries, and providing answers to common questions.
- DGN Support: Offer guidance on creating an account and navigating DGN to facilitate ordering of promotional materials.
- Expenses Reimbursement: Address general inquiries regarding expense processing in the Expense Reimbursement System (Concur) and its app.
- Tableau: Answer basic questions on the location of reports and QRGs, and partner with the Digital Team on frequently asked questions.
- Onboarding New Hires: Partner with the AC to focus on field staff-specific systems and processes.
- Office Supplies & IT: Assist with navigating the supplies ordering grid and tools, with a focus on simplifying key processes for the field.
- Special Projects: Engage in additional projects as required.
- Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree, 2+ years of working experience in the pharmaceutical industry, aptitude to learn quickly, and comfort working with systems and technology.
- Preferred Qualifications: Bilingual – English/French, Sales & Marketing Team Support experience, working experience/knowledge with Compliance systems (e.g. Concur), SAP, and other tools.
