The Position:

We're looking for a confident and inspiring Field Support Coordinator to support our Bell Canada residential Neighborhood Marketing teams. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing best-in-class onboarding support, coaching, and motivational conversations to ensure our sales teams are equipped to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Regional Managers, Field Managers, and Sales Agents across multiple Neighborhood Marketing sales teams
  • Provide onboarding support for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into their roles
  • Deliver coaching and motivational conversations to drive sales performance and team engagement
  • Manage team schedules, payroll, and vacation requests, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations
  • Provide employee direction and support on OSL policies, payroll, vacation, and expenses
  • Manage employee offboards, including equipment retrieval and compliance with local and provincial permits
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop strategic action plans that support key business objectives

Requirements:

  • Proven time management skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Firm understanding of sales and customer service fundamentals
  • Proven track record of leading teams to exceed sales targets
  • Experience in supporting sales teams and providing coaching and guidance
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Will to travel through assigned territory, with some overnight travel possible
  • Valid driver's license
  • Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent is considered an asset
