Key Responsibilities- Customer Experience: Ensure that every customer receives an exceptional shopping experience, with personalized service and expert advice on hair and beauty products.
- Sales Growth: Oversee all store operations to achieve sales targets, manage inventory, and control expenses.
- Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing team of sales associates, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure excellent customer service and sales results.
- Store Appearance: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment that reflects the CosmoProf Beauty brand.
- Experience: At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of previous sales management experience.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for hair and beauty.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; cosmetology license a plus.
The Store Manager will be required to stand for long periods, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds. The position may involve exposure to fumes and odors.
