Assistant Store Manager

At Warehouse One, we're looking for an experienced retail leader to join our team as an Assistant Store Manager. As a key member of our store team, you'll play a vital role in driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage store operations, including assigning tasks, performing opening and closing duties, and scheduling staff
  • Ensure the store looks great for our customers by participating in visual displays and store housekeeping
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, building relationships and creating outfits that make our customers feel great
  • Coach and motivate team members to meet and exceed store performance goals
  • Manage store inventory, including receiving and processing shipments, and maintaining accurate records
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and coach team members
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods, climb a ladder, and move merchandise and fixtures
