Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Northgate Bakery. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Hiring and Training: Recruit, train, and develop a team of sales associates to provide excellent customer service and meet sales goals.
- Merchandise Management: Order and receive merchandise, manage inventory levels, and maintain a visually appealing store display.
- Scheduling and Operations: Create and manage schedules, oversee store opening and closing procedures, and ensure that all store systems are functioning properly.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our customers leave the store satisfied and loyal.
- Security and Safety: Maintain a safe and secure store environment, adhering to all company policies and procedures.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of retail management experience
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week
