We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Claims Management Director to join our team at CAA Club Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing claims management practices and processes, as well as leading and mentoring a team of professionals.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement claims management strategies and processes to ensure efficient and effective claims handling
* Lead and mentor a team of claims professionals to achieve high performance and customer satisfaction
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
* Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including insurance partners and vendors
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance
Requirements
* University degree in a relevant field
* FCIP and/or CIP designation
* 10+ years of experience in claims management and leadership
* Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry trends
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
