Insurance Claims Management Director

Key Responsibilities
As the Insurance Claims Management Director at CAA Club Group, you will oversee the development and implementation of claims management practices and processes. This includes direct supervision of controls/systems to manage indemnity and expense costs, development of key performance indicators, and maintenance of an in-depth awareness of legal, regulatory, compliance developments within the insurance claims industry.
Key Requirements
- University degree
- FCIP and/or CIP
- 10+ years of proven experience managing claim adjudication and operations teams in a P&C insurance environment
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements
- Exceptional leadership and collaboration skills with demonstrated experience successfully developing and mentoring teams and building strong partnerships
