Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at A&W Fast Food Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team of 5-10 staff members
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Customer Service
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
    • Ensure that customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met
  • Operations and Administration
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
    • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
    • Establish work schedules and ensure that they are followed
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills
    • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work effectively with staff, customers, and management
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a fast food environment
  • Work Environment
    • Fast-paced environment with frequent standing and walking
  • Personal Qualities
    • Client focus and excellent customer service skills
    • Efficient interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with others
    • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing situations
    • Initiative and ability to take on additional responsibilities
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position with a 40-hour workweek. The work language is English.
