About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Unit Supervisor to join our team at McDonald's Restaurant. As a Unit Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, including food preparation, portioning, and presentation.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a high level of quality and efficiency.
  • Estimate and Manage Inventory: Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and manage inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize ordering.
  • Ensure Quality and Service Standards: Ensure that food and service meet our high quality control standards, and address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage Records and Reports: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports as required.
Requirements
