Restaurant Operations Manager

A&W Fast Food Restaurant is seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to lead our team and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Service Development: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
- Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews to assess team members' skills and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
- Marketing and Promotion: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Support for Newcomers and Refugees: Supports newcomers and/or refugees with foreign credential recognition and provides diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work environment.
- Support for Indigenous People: Offers mentorship, coaching, and/or networking opportunities for Indigenous workers and provides cultural competency training and/or awareness training to all employees.
Work Environment: Permanent position, 40 hours per week, English language, and a welcoming work environment.
