About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at A&W Fast Food Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Operational Procedures

Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution of our business plan.

Conduct Performance Reviews

Conduct regular performance reviews to assess the effectiveness of our team members and identify areas for improvement.

Inventory Management

Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.

Marketing and Customer Service

Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote our brand and products, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Complaint Resolution

Address customers' complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Operations Planning

Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure that we meet our business objectives.

Support for Newcomers and Refugees
  • Credential Recognition

Support newcomers and/or refugees with foreign credential recognition to help them integrate into our workforce.

Cultural Competency Training

Provide diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and/or refugees.

Support for Indigenous People
  • Mentorship and Coaching

Offer mentorship, coaching, and/or networking opportunities for Indigenous workers to help them succeed in their roles.

Cultural Competency Training

Provide cultural competency training and/or awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers.
