Position Overview

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of a college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma program lasting 1 to 2 years.
Work Environment

This role is set within a clinical environment, focusing on patient interactions and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct patient interviews to gather comprehensive case histories.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations.
  • Complete various insurance and claim documentation.
  • Maintain an organized filing system for patient records.
  • Order necessary supplies and oversee inventory management.
  • Establish and implement office procedures and routines.
  • Input and format medical reports and correspondence electronically, preparing documents for review.
  • Initiate and uphold confidential medical files and records.
  • Perform data entry tasks efficiently.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to patients.
Experience Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years and less than 3 years of relevant experience.
