Industrial Reliability Specialist

Exciting Opportunity Ahead
Reporting to the Operations Supervisor and working as a vital member of the maintenance team, the technician will be tasked with executing vibration and predictive assessments, interpreting data, and preparing comprehensive reports and recommendations. Regular interaction with clients will be essential to assist them in preventing unexpected operational halts.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct vibration, thermographic, and ultrasonic assessments on industrial machinery.
- Collect oil samples for condition evaluation.
- Analyze data utilizing specialized software and document findings.
- Generate reports and provide technical recommendations while engaging with clients.
- Perform precision corrective tasks, including dynamic balancing and laser alignment in industrial settings.
- Participate in the development and enhancement of plant reliability programs, including lubrication strategies and preventive maintenance optimization.
- DEP or DEC in mechanical engineering or industrial maintenance.
- Experience is beneficial but not required.
- Ability to act in the best interest of clients.
- Professional demeanor with strong communication skills, independence, and initiative.
- Proficiency in French and functional English.
- Capable of producing clear and concise reports that effectively convey recommendations.
- Willingness to travel within Eastern Canada.
- Proficient in computer applications, particularly in a Windows & MS Office environment.
