RELIABILITY TECHNICIAN

What Awaits You?

Reporting to the Operations Supervisor and working closely with a dedicated maintenance team, the technician will be tasked with executing vibration and predictive assessments, interpreting data, and preparing comprehensive reports and recommendations. Regular interaction with clients will be essential to assist them in preventing unexpected operational interruptions.

Your Contributions
  1. Conduct vibration, thermographic, and ultrasonic evaluations on industrial machinery.
  2. Carry out oil sampling for condition assessment.
  3. Analyze data using specialized software and document findings.
  4. Create detailed reports and provide technical guidance while engaging with clients.
  5. Execute precision corrective tasks, including dynamic balancing and laser alignment in industrial facilities.
  6. Participate in the development and enhancement of plant reliability programs, including lubrication strategies and preventive maintenance optimization.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  1. DEP or DEC in mechanical engineering or industrial maintenance.
  2. Experience is beneficial but not required.
  3. Ability to act in the best interest of clients.
  4. Professional demeanor with strong communication skills, independence, and initiative.
  5. Proficiency in French and functional English.
  6. Capable of producing clear and impactful reports that effectively convey recommendations.
  7. Willingness to travel within Eastern Canada.
  8. Proficient in computer applications, particularly in a Windows & MS Office environment.
WORK LOCATION:

Centre-du-Quebec (Trois-Rivieres and surrounding area)
