At Ultium CAM GP Inc., we're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Customer Relations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain regular contact with customers to understand their needs and expectations, and ensure outstanding customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement sales plans to meet customer needs, manage sales performance, and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Contract Management: Negotiate and manage contract terms and prices with customers, ensuring alignment with market needs.
  • Order Processing and Fulfillment: Coordinate with the production department and forwarders to ensure timely delivery of customer orders.
  • Cost Analysis and Optimization: Conduct cost analysis to identify opportunities for margin optimization and propose sales price adjustments.
  • Customer Feedback and Improvement: Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve services and develop innovative strategies to strengthen customer loyalty.

What We're Looking For:

  • Education: DEC in business management techniques or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in sales and customer relations.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and customer relations skills, fluency in French and English, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
