Your Role:
Are you enthusiastic about fostering customer relationships and driving sales? As a Client Relations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in our mission to set new benchmarks in quality, performance, and ecological responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:
1. **Contract Management:** Negotiate and manage contract terms and pricing with clients, ensuring alignment with market dynamics.
2. **Cost Analysis:** Conduct thorough cost assessments to identify opportunities for margin enhancement and recommend pricing adjustments.
3. **Sales Planning:** Develop sales strategies that align with production schedules and customer inventory levels, while monitoring sales performance.
4. **Order Management:** Oversee customer orders and accounts receivable within our systems.
Qualifications:
- DEC in business management techniques or relevant experience.
- Proven sales experience within the manufacturing sector.
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English to facilitate communication with both local and international clients.
