Your Contributions

In this role, you will:

  • Partner closely with the business leadership team to implement the analytics strategy
  • Identify and cultivate top-tier external partners to ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives
  • Design custom models and algorithms to detect signals, patterns, and trends that drive sustainable business performance
  • Implement the business analytics program agenda using a systematic approach that effectively communicates the value of business analytics to stakeholders

Additional Qualifications

What Unique Skills You Will Contribute:

  • Over 8 years of experience with Talend, Big Query, Cloud SQL, Python, Databricks/DataProc, and GCP skills
  • More than 5 years of experience with SAP BI/HANA
  • At least 10 years of experience managing cross-functional teams and projects
  • A decade of experience in stakeholder management and collaboration with other leaders on key initiatives and data strategy
  • Proven track record in overseeing large analytics teams and managing application service intake into operations
  • Additional experience with Tableau, Power BI, DataProc, and Databricks is highly advantageous
  • Strong functional background with a comprehensive understanding of CPG business and detailed technical knowledge to derive insights from data
  • Ability to analyze, visualize, and effectively communicate insights from data to senior management and other stakeholders
  • Extensive knowledge in data wrangling, data engineering, and data science
  • Significant experience in integrating data from multiple platforms and presenting clear visualizations, transforming data into actionable insights
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
  • A results-driven mindset, problem-solving skills, integrity, organizational agility, and strong business acumen, along with a willingness to learn new technologies and be hands-on when necessary to support the team

Education and Certifications:

  • University degree in IT or Data Analytics
  • ITIL Foundation Certification (Preferred)
  • Certifications in Business Intelligence Tools and Technologies (Preferred)
