Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Regional Administrative Manager to oversee and enhance our administrative operations at Shift Transit Inc. This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our administrative services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate administrative services to ensure smooth operations.
  • Guide and mentor staff involved in records management, finance, purchasing, and human resources.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and briefs for management committees assessing administrative services.
  • Establish and enforce policies and procedures for financial oversight.
  • Ensure adherence to governmental regulations.
  • Conduct performance evaluations for team members.
  • Analyze market research and trends to gauge consumer demand and competitive impact.
  • Maintain professionalism in customer service interactions.
  • Review and update information regarding product innovations and market conditions.
  • Develop programs for sponsorship, partnerships, or fundraising initiatives.
Supervisory Responsibilities

Oversee a team of more than 20 individuals.

Experience Requirements
  • Areas of Expertise: Strategic planning, business administration/management, project management, and operations management.
Travel Requirements
  • Willingness to travel as necessary, with travel expenses covered by the employer.
Work Conditions
  • Fast-paced environment with a significant workload.
