About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Administrative Manager to join our team at Shift Transit Inc. This is a permanent position that requires a strong background in administrative services and leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate Administrative Services: Oversee the day-to-day operations of administrative services, ensuring seamless delivery of support functions.
  • Lead and Advise Staff: Direct and advise staff engaged in providing records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources, or other administrative services.
  • Prepare Reports and Briefs: Develop and present reports and briefs to management committees evaluating administrative services.
  • Establish Policies and Procedures: Develop and implement policies and procedures for accounting and financial control, ensuring compliance with government regulations.
  • Conduct Performance Reviews: Evaluate staff performance and provide feedback to improve administrative services.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and analyze trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and competitor impact on sales.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring professionalism and a positive experience.
  • Program Development: Develop sponsorship, partnership, or fundraising programs to support business objectives.
  • Supervision: Supervise a team of more than 20 people, providing guidance and support to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Area of Work Experience: Leverage experience in strategic planning, business administration, and management to drive business growth.
  • Area of Specialization: Apply expertise in project management and operations management to optimize administrative services.
  • Travel and Work Conditions: Willing to travel, with travel expenses paid by the employer. Work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, with a large caseload.
  • Personal Suitability: Possess excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, with the ability to work efficiently, flexibly, and as part of a team.
Requirements
  • Availability: Available for shift or on-call work, with the ability to relocate for this position.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in this field of employment.
