- Coordinate and manage administrative services across the region.
- Guide and mentor staff involved in records management, finance, human resources, and other administrative functions.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for management review.
- Develop and enforce policies and procedures for financial oversight and accountability.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant governmental regulations.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members.
- Analyze market trends to assess consumer demand and competitive impact.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism in customer interactions.
- Stay informed about product developments and market conditions.
- Design and implement sponsorship and fundraising initiatives.
Oversee a team of more than 20 individuals, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
