Objective: To enhance operational execution across the region and guide the team with an emphasis on enabling our clients to achieve sustainable revenue growth.

Responsibilities: The Regional Operations Manager will report to the Senior Operations Manager and will be accountable for overseeing operations across approximately 3-6 regions, managing a team of 20-30 Mobile Merchandisers and 1-3 District Mobile Merchandisers.

  • Consistently deliver positive outcomes in relation to sales, expenses, operational efficiency, and talent development
  • Establish and nurture robust relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, including clients and key leadership at the operational level
  • Provide insights into market dynamics, ensuring the organization is informed of trends, challenges, and opportunities that may affect the region or the company
  • Guide the team through effective communication, offering regular feedback and managing performance-related consequences appropriately

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in managing a remote workforce that leverages technology for operational tasks
  • Experience in overseeing and developing all support roles within the region
  • Background in environments requiring travel
  • Demonstrated ability to apply a structured and systematic approach to achieve operational, administrative, and talent-related goals
  • Experience in client-facing roles with multiple stakeholders
  • Moderate proficiency with company-provided technology
  • Competence in Microsoft Office applications
