Objective: To enhance operational execution across the region and guide the team with an emphasis on supporting our clients in achieving profitable sales.

Responsibilities: The Regional Operations Manager will report to the Senior Operations Manager and will be accountable for overseeing operations across approximately 3-6 regions, managing a team of 20-30 Mobile Merchandisers and 1-3 District Mobile Merchandisers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consistently achieve positive outcomes in sales, expenses, operations, and talent management
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, including clients and key leadership at the store level
  • Provide insights into market dynamics, ensuring the organization is informed of trends, challenges, and concerns that may affect the region or the company
  • Guide the team through effective communication, delivering regular feedback and managing appropriate consequences based on performance

Essential Qualifications:

  • Experience in managing a remote workforce that leverages technology for primary job functions
  • Proven track record in managing and developing all support roles within the region
  • Experience in a role requiring travel
  • Demonstrated ability to utilize a structured and systematic approach to meet operational, administrative, and talent objectives
  • Experience in client-facing roles with multiple customers and partners
  • Moderate proficiency with company-provided devices
  • Moderate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
