Position Overview

Mega Pest Control Inc is seeking a dedicated Office Administrator to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work Delegation: Assign tasks to office support personnel to optimize workflow.
  • Prioritization: Set work priorities and ensure adherence to established procedures and deadlines.
  • Administrative Management: Execute the administrative functions of the organization.
  • Policy Administration: Manage policies and procedures regarding the release of records in compliance with government access to information and privacy laws.
  • Office Services Coordination: Plan and coordinate office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, asset disposal, parking, maintenance, and security.
  • Budget Assistance: Aid in the development of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary oversight.
  • Data Compilation: Gather data and prepare regular and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Administrative Procedures Oversight: Supervise and coordinate office administrative processes.
Qualifications

Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.

Experience: A minimum of 1 year and less than 2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
