Position Overview

Proud Build Construction Ltd is seeking a dedicated Office Administrator to enhance our operational efficiency. This role is essential in ensuring that our administrative processes run smoothly and effectively.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year in a similar role is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and refine new administrative protocols to improve efficiency.
  • Set work priorities and ensure adherence to established procedures and timelines.
  • Manage the administrative functions of the office.
  • Coordinate and strategize office services, including logistics, supplies, and maintenance.
  • Assist in budget preparation and oversee inventory management.
  • Compile data and generate regular and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Supervise and streamline office administrative operations.
