Position Overview
The role of the Administrative Accounts Assistant within the placement department is designed to support placement professionals by facilitating their daily operations.
- Assist placement professionals with various administrative responsibilities, including managing forms, tracking placement account updates, overseeing transfers, and monitoring deadlines;
- Ensure accurate asset reconciliation during the inter-institutional transfer process;
- Deliver exceptional customer service during client interactions and communications.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Between one (1) to three (3) years of experience in comparable positions or a mix of relevant experiences;
- Proficient in computer applications, particularly the Office suite, including Word and Excel;
- Functional proficiency in English (bilingualism is advantageous);
- Strong client service orientation and interpersonal abilities;
- Excellent analytical and synthesis capabilities;
- Quick learning aptitude;
- Demonstrated autonomy, resourcefulness, and initiative;
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and a disciplined work ethic;
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet stringent deadlines.
