Job Summary

MNP is a leading national accounting, tax, and business advisory firm in Canada. We are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to partners and members of the firm, including drafting documents and managing files.
  • Support the Senior Associate in their administrative tasks, including diary management and email correspondence.
  • Participate in tax support, including drafting tax memos and printing corporate and trust tax returns.
  • Assist in practice administration, including assigning and managing codes for employees and updating firm administrative procedures.

  • Good judgment, effective management of priorities, sense of organization, and responsibility.
  • Excellent customer service and respect for confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and knowledge of CCH Taxprep, Caseware, and Sage50.
