About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Operations Manager to join our team at GALAXY GRANITE LTD. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting and Analysis

Prepare and submit regular reports to management on warehouse operations, including inventory levels, stock movements, and any issues or concerns.

Operational Planning

Develop and implement operational plans to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality of warehouse operations.

Team Management

Co-ordinate, assign, and review work for warehouse staff, ensuring that tasks are completed to a high standard and deadlines are met.

Inventory Management

Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to maintain optimal inventory levels.

Process Improvement

Establish and maintain procedures for warehouse operations, including work schedules and processes.

Logistics Coordination

Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization, including transportation and delivery of goods.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics role

Language

Fluent in English

Work Hours

35 hours per week
