About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Keeper Helper to join our team at Good Water Warehouse Inc. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials within our facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Assist in receiving, storing, and shipping goods and materials, ensuring accurate inventory levels and efficient stock management.
  • Pallet Building and Loading: Construct and load pallets with products and materials, adhering to safety protocols and company standards.
  • Material Handling: Load, unload, and move products and materials by hand or with basic material handling equipment, maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate a variety of equipment, including industrial lift trucks and fork-lifts, to load, unload, and move materials and products.
  • Order Fulfillment: Pick and pack orders, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of goods to customers.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving any issues related to orders or products.
  • Inventory Organization: Organize and maintain inventory using computerized inventory control systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or material handling environment is an asset.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 45 kg (100 lbs), work in a fast-paced environment, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations is essential.
