Position Overview

As a Warehouse Supervisor at Arirang Warehouse, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our logistics and distribution activities. Your leadership will ensure efficiency and productivity within the warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit comprehensive reports to management.
  • Equipment Management: Ensure the seamless operation of all computer systems and machinery.
  • Maintenance Coordination: Arrange for necessary maintenance and repair work.
  • Problem Resolution: Address work-related issues, provide technical guidance, and recommend improvements to enhance productivity and product quality.
  • Staff Recruitment: Recruit and hire qualified personnel.
  • Training: Train employees on their responsibilities and company policies.
  • Performance Management: Conduct performance evaluations and arrange training sessions for staff development.
  • Work Assignment: Co-ordinate, assign, and review work tasks among team members.
  • Inventory Management: Requisition or order necessary materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Scheduling: Establish work schedules and procedures to optimize workflow.
  • Logistics Oversight: Plan, organize, and supervise the operational logistics of the warehouse.
Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of College or CEGEP.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Employment Type: Permanent position.
  • Language: Proficiency in English is required.
  • Work Hours: Availability for 30 to 40 hours per week.
