About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at Arirang Warehouse. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting and Analysis

Prepare and submit regular reports to management on warehouse operations, including inventory levels, stock movements, and any issues or concerns.

Equipment Maintenance

Ensure that all computer equipment and machinery in the warehouse are properly maintained and functioning correctly.

Supply Chain Management

Arrange for maintenance and repair work to be carried out as needed, and ensure that all necessary supplies and materials are available.

Employee Management

Recruit, hire, and train staff as needed, and conduct regular performance reviews to ensure that employees are meeting their job requirements.

Operational Planning

Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the warehouse, including inventory management, stock control, and shipping and receiving.

Requirements
  • Education

College or CEGEP diploma required.

Experience

At least 1 year of experience in a warehouse or logistics role.

Language

English language proficiency required.
