Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management

- Inventory Management
- Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of inventory, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
- Implement and maintain effective inventory control systems to minimize losses and optimize stock levels.
- Operational Efficiency
- Develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse efficiency, productivity, and safety.
- Monitor and analyze operational metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Communication and Collaboration
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and customer service teams.
- Collaborate with external partners, including suppliers and carriers, to ensure seamless logistics operations.
- Education
- College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience
- At least 1 year of experience in a warehouse or logistics management role.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
