Position Overview

The Warehouse Supervisor at Arirang Warehouse plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our logistics and distribution center. This position requires a proactive leader who can ensure efficiency and productivity within the warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit detailed operational reports to management.
  • Equipment Management: Ensure the smooth operation of all computer systems and machinery.
  • Maintenance Coordination: Arrange for necessary maintenance and repair work on equipment.
  • Problem Resolution: Address work-related issues, provide technical guidance, and recommend improvements to enhance productivity and product quality.
  • Staff Recruitment: Recruit and hire qualified personnel for warehouse operations.
  • Training and Development: Train new employees on their duties and company policies, and organize ongoing training sessions.
  • Performance Management: Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff.
  • Work Coordination: Assign and review tasks among team members to ensure effective workflow.
  • Material Requisition: Order necessary materials, equipment, and supplies to maintain operations.
  • Scheduling: Establish work schedules and procedures to optimize efficiency.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of College or CEGEP.
