Position Overview

The Front Office Manager at Lonsdale Quay Hotel Inc. plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel's front desk and guest services. This position requires a dedicated individual with a strong focus on client satisfaction and operational excellence.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of College/CEGEP or equivalent experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
  • Formulate and enforce policies and procedures for daily front office operations.
  • Oversee front desk activities and ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Develop budgets and monitor financial performance, including revenues and expenditures.
  • Coordinate maintenance tasks and ensure the upkeep of facilities.
  • Create and manage staff schedules to optimize workflow.
Technical Skills
  • Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel.

  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and demonstrate flexibility.
Experience Requirements
