The Front Office Manager at Lonsdale Quay Hotel Inc. is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front desk and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
Qualifications- Education: Completion of a College/CEGEP program or equivalent experience.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role.
- Develop and implement effective policies and procedures for front office operations.
- Perform essential front desk duties to assist guests.
- Prepare and manage budgets while monitoring revenues and expenses.
- Coordinate and supervise maintenance activities to ensure a well-functioning environment.
- Establish and manage work schedules for front office staff.
- Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel.
- Strong client focus and commitment to service excellence.
- Ability to adapt and demonstrate flexibility in a dynamic environment.
- Job Type: Permanent

- Work Hours: 40 hours per week
