Job Summary

CMI Concierge & Security Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Front Desk Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules and procedures to maximize productivity and guest satisfaction.
  • Supervise and train front desk staff to ensure they are equipped to handle guest inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Prepare and submit accurate reports on guest feedback, staff performance, and operational metrics.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of guest services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound judgments under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Post-secondary education in a related field.
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role.
  • Knowledge of MS Outlook and other relevant software applications.
