Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Samway Grill Ltd. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Food Service Staff
Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food is prepared and served in a timely and efficient manner.
Train and Develop StaffTrain staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure that staff are meeting our high standards.
Hire and Manage StaffRecruit, hire, and manage a team of food service staff, including scheduling, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
Ensure Quality ControlEnsure that food and service meet our quality control standards, including maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and ensuring that all food is prepared and served safely.
Address Customer ComplaintsAddress customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
Maintain RecordsMaintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing regular reports to management.
Prepare Food Order SummariesPrepare food order summaries for the chef, ensuring that all orders are accurate and complete.
Supervise Tray Assembly and DeliverySupervise and check the assembly of trays and the delivery of food trolleys, ensuring that all food is delivered to the correct location in a timely manner.
Establish Work SchedulesEstablish and manage work schedules for food service staff, ensuring that all staff are scheduled to work in a fair and equitable manner.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
Experience1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
LanguageEnglish.
Work Hours40 hours per week.
